Physio Therapy Sessions

1.Strength and Conditioning

Focus on improving muscle strength, endurance, and overall physical fitness. Incorporate exercises such as resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and cardiovascular conditioning to enhance functional mobility.

2.Range of Motion (ROM) and Flexibility

Aim to increase joint flexibility and range of motion, which can be restricted due to conditions like cerebral palsy or muscular dystrophy. Include stretching exercises, passive range of motion exercises, and joint mobilizations to improve flexibility and prevent contractures.

3.Gait Training

Focus on improving walking pattern and mobility skills. Include exercises to enhance balance, coordination, weight shifting, and proper alignment during walking. Utilize assistive devices such as walkers, crutches, or orthotics as needed to support walking training.

4.Balance and Coordination

Targeted at improving balance, coordination, and postural control, which are essential for performing daily activities and preventing falls. Include exercises such as standing balance activities, dynamic balance drills, and coordination challenges.
